On 30 November, CLAIR Sydney attended a welcome back reception for new JET returnees who came back to Victoria last August, held at the official residence of the Consul-General of Japan in Melbourne. We are glad to see them doing well after listening to all the great memories they experienced in Japan.
CLAIR hopes they will all have successful futures.Right before the reception, JETAA VIC/Tas/SA held a career workshop for new returnees. JETAA VIC/Tas/SA Committee gave an informative presentation on job hunting and guest speakers from Victoria State Government and Monash University who used to be on the JET Programme shared their career paths after the JET Programme with the new returnees. Participants listened attentively to their advice and asked many questions.
