David Elliott (Minister for Counter Terrorism, Minister for Corrections, and Minister for Veterans Affairs), Commander Luke Charles-Jones (CSC, OAM, RAN, Chief of Staff for Fleet Headquarters (representing Fleet Commander RADM Jonathan Mead)), and Dr. Doi.
